JR came out within 24 hours and wrote me an estimate. He emailed me very detailed plans. I was impressed with JR’s friendliness and patience with answering all my questions. I was interested in composite decking and JR showed me samples and a brochure. He really shows up when he said he will and have the whole job wrapped up in 3 days. The cleaned up after themselves every day. I have dogs and worry about nails etc. He and the gentlemen that came to work with him were terribly polite and scored more points with their patience with my attention loving Cattledog. We love the patio. It was like adding a new room to the house and now I spend more time out there than indoors.
